Vanson Leathers Return Policy?
Vanson Leathers offers a 30-day return policy for standard unworn items. Customers must contact Vanson Leathers to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise. Refunds will be issued for items that are defective, not as ordered, or differ in specifications from the website. Original outgoing freight charges will be refunded in these cases. However, freight will not be refunded if the garment did not fit or does not meet the customer's needs.
Exchanges are accepted for size, color, and style reasons, but freight is not refundable. Exchanges must be clearly marked with the RMA number, and any cost difference will be charged or credited accordingly. Store credit can be issued instead of a refund or exchange at any time. Items held longer than the 30-day return policy can be exchanged or credited at 80% of the current price or original purchase price, whichever is less, or 60% when requesting a refund. Items must be in absolutely new condition with original tags.
